The week commencing 02 November 2020 is International Stress Awareness Week. For our final event of 2020, we are pleased to welcome back Julian Hall from Calm People.

So much of what we do in business generally is linked to people and feelings. There is an ever increasing movement towards recognising mental health – both good and bad, and also appreciating that as humans we feel, and to get the best out of ourselves and our people we need to not only recognise this but cultivate it. That is the landscape in business generally, and this is even more so in HR. Emotions and feelings have of course been ever more prevalent in the last 7 months with all the change and uncertainty. So, for this session, given the timing, we are embracing it and our last session of the year will be focused on exploring feelings, in particular vulnerability.
Julian’s really engaging, interactive session will take us on a journey to discover and explore these feelings so that we can recognise them in ourselves and our people, help manage them and better use them in business. You will go away feeling empowered by vulnerability, with really useful nuggets of information to implement in your business to build it back stronger and more resilient, whilst retaining your best people.
It is set to be a really interesting session.
