How does it work?
Organisations can subscribe to the service and agree a set number of hours (a retainer) of employment law support each year that is right for their business and organisation. Starting at a minimum of 10 hours per year, fees are paid in equal monthly amounts regardless of usage to ensure clients have certainty in their cost management.
Whilst the service is available to all employment clients, it is particularly suited for small to medium sized organisations who have a lower demand for legal support and limited HR capability in their organisation. achieveHR is designed to enable them to access specialist support as and when required and to provide certainty in cost management.
