orry for my absence over the last few days, fee earning work has gone crackers.  There has definitely been a real shift and most businesses are now looking at restructuring their staffing structures and reducing head count, which means one thing – redundancies.

Following on from my break last week I am refreshed and ready to go. This week we will talk all things collective consultation. For those of you who may trigger the obligation to collectively consult for redundancies, then this is a must.

I sit and write this after my virtual Parish Council meeting on my sofa, bottom half in PJs and top half in workwear (blouse, not hi-viz and hard hat!) way past any reasonable time to be thinking work, and I realise that the merge has begun.
