Over a number of years, the team advised a PLC on their obligations for reporting under various regimes now in place. This included gender pay reporting and director’s renumeration reporting as well as working closely with their HR and compliance teams to ensure that they were compliant for modern slavery matters. The team assisted this organisation with setting up new processes as these new regimes came into effect, providing clear and concise explanations of what the business was required to do, in order to ensure compliance. They also provided template reports and policies to assist the business’ understanding of what was required. Finally, they ensured that all reports, notes and policies were drafted accurately and submitted correctly (where applicable) to ensure the business complied with all obligations on them. The team remain involved with this organisation now, continually reviewing the reports and updates on each area, a real ingrained approach.
