Stephanie Cooper


Stephanie is an Associate in the Employment team and advises on a variety of day-to-day employment and HR issues, including restructuring and redundancies, disciplinaries and grievances, contracts of employment and handbooks and settlement agreements.

She is experienced in dealing with Employment Tribunal proceedings and has successfully defended a wide range of claims brought against employers, including claims of unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing.

Stephanie has a wealth of experience working closely with national and regional clients to understand their business needs and provide clear, concise and tailored advice.
