Following the successful completion of his two-year training contract with Geldards, Ram qualified into the employment team in November 2020.

Ram assists the team with a wide variety of matters including; drafting tribunal documentation, employment contracts, policies and settlement agreements along with providing general support on both contentious and non-contentious employment law and information law matters.
