Rachel is one of the Senior Associates in our employment team. Rachel has specialised solely in employment law for over 18 years and brings with her specialist legal advice, a whole range of practical experience and a commercial outlook to every situation presented.

Rachel works closely with her clients to get to know their actual HR needs, listens to the issue at hand and applies her pragmatic, commercial approach to achieve the desired outcome. “Hard working and attentive” (Legal 500), Rachel leaves no stone unturned when getting to the root of each issue.

Having specialised in this ever-changing area since qualification, Rachel has a wealth of experience working with all types of sectors and companies (both large and small) as well as charitable organisations.

Outside of work, Rachel is a big rugby fan (having grown up in Wales) and is a member of a local Church where every week, she can be found introducing international students to Britain and its history, food and culture.  She is also quite partial to trying any international delicacies!
